Welcome to The Hiring Game, an interactive activity where you are challenged to choose the most qualified candidate for your open Human Resources position.

Four questions are posed to four qualified candidates. After reading their answers, you are asked to select whom you feel to be most qualified for your open position.

We are asking that you set aside 5 - 10 minutes of uninterrupted time so that you can play the game properly.

At the game’s end, we will point out a few fallacies of hiring, and offer a new perspective to insure that you will hire the most qualified candidates for all of your open positions. Being completely informed about potential candidates saves you time and money (and potentially your company’s reputation), as well as many other issues associated with a bad hire.
